The doctors, nurses, technicians and housekeeping are all very professional. They have made my unpleasant stay very comfortable. I would like to thank my whole team of professionals for their care and concern during my time on the 4th floor. M.Sebro
I wish I could give zero stars this is the absolute rudest doctors office I have ever been to. They don't care if you're in pain and when you tell them you're in pain they laugh in your face and tell you "stop babying it" I have never encountered anything like this worst place and I absolutely do not recommend if you have pain.
I am a out of state RN and have been pleased with MD360 service when I have previously visited with illness. That changed today June 4 2017. I waited 40 min. In the pt. room before I was seen.. When I arrived only 1 pt. In waiting area besides myself. I saw a Dr who had an uncaring and unsympathetic attitude toward my problem. I asked for a referral but was turned down. I've had the most horrible experience with these unprofessional idiots. I intend to never use them ever again. They are very inconsiderate bunch of samples. I've been seeing Dr Scott Brown. He is very rude and full of himself. He let's his patients suffer and deal with very bad pain so he can look good. HR done surgery on my knee and was suppose to start on my right shoulder which I need a complete shoulder replacement. I live in pain daily. He refuses to give me anything for pain. I've maxed out my injections. He wants me t... read more

I've had excellent care at Mountain Lakes Community Care! The receptionist, nurse and doctor/PA were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone was professional, understanding and patient, which is not always the case in other clinics, urgent care facilities, etc. I highly recommend this health care facility...especially if you can't get in to your regular doctor in a timely manner.
I absolutely sicken by this place with in the last year. They have lack of communication with the patients. They do not return far calls. The doctors have had a massive turn over again and again. My doctor for a decade was Virginia Knight and she was great. Since the recent changes in the last year they can not keep any doctors and have a turn over every few months. I was very pleased with the workers; who waited on me. They was very prompt. My therapist explained in detail; how, and whys of the procedure of the massages ; she was telling me how to, and why it was beneficial. I Will give her a bouble plus, because what ai have learned; it is still working. Thank you very much.
The doctor is nice enough but I don't feel the level of care is very high. I often leave without much information on my issue. And staff members are unfriendly and border on being rude. I used to go to New Horizon in Greer and, although there were many issues and many people want to leave, I thought it was better than this.
