All lies! The doctor didn't even examine me, just asked questions and didn't get my answers correct. Dawn Davenport is a(n) 62 y.o. female presents to the emergency department for evaluation after striking her head several times over the weekend. Obviously, an ER will be busy and a visit will be expensive. And certainly the space and equipment might be a little lacking. But as to the actual providers and treatment, I was taken excellent care of. The wait times were reasonable and I managed to get treated and leave faster than I expected. I don't remember my nurse's name at this point and I don't see it in the notes (possibly Amanda?) but she was fantastic, even though she definitely had plenty to handle.
