Used their service on a move from the US to Germany. Holy smokes, talk about crappy service. From the day they received their money to the day I received my goods. I ended up paying 4x the advertised amount in phone calls, grey hair and blood pressure. Horrendous service, awful end result. Most of my stuff came destroyed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING COMPANY! I would give this sham company no stars or negative stars if that was possible! They are pompous and unprofessional crooks. I moved from China and my belongings were professionally packed and dealt with from the dispatching end. Unfortunately their partner here is Prisma. How this company is still in business is beyond me. They also had their BBB accreditation revoked in May of this year; that alone should tell you everything you need to know about Prisma.
