Horrible customer service!!! I did Soft Wash they promised a 2 year warranty..... within the year the siding was fully dirty again.... I'm trying to contact them since but they keep on either ignoring emails and phone calls.... or once they brushed me off saying that I'm on their schedule for August. I waited all of August but no one came. I'm calling again since September 1st only to get either a voicemail or no answer. Once a guy answered, promised to return my call same day but never did.
I'm trying to reach them for a couple of months. They do not answer phones or reply to emails. I wonder if they're a legit company or still in business.
Prism just left and the house and windows have never looked this good. The soft wash was better than any power wash we’ve done in the past. Windows are spotless. Crew was prompt, thorough and very neat. I would recommend Prism to anyone and look forward to using them in the future.
Best cleaning service ever!! I had my windows cleaned along with my outdoor furniture - they were professional, neat and my house looks immaculate!!!
The guys did a great job cleaning our windows (one was a 16-foot glass plate) and making them shine. I would highly recommend Prism if you ever need window cleaning. Job well done!!
