I’ve been a patient at PRISM Spine & Joint for over a year, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Zingman and other doctors on her team. They are the most knowledgeable doctors who treat hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that I’ve met, and traveling from out of state to see them has definitely been worth it. They don’t answer their phone and it takes them over a week to call you back if they even return your voicemail. This is especially absurd because they charge you $700 for an appointment. But they won’t pay someone to answer their phone. Save yourself a headache and go with a doctor that actually wants your business and cares about patients.
This place has been a godsend to me after being pretty much gaslight by every doctor. Dr. McIntosh finally gave me a diagnosis and answers and solutions. Even better, now, their osteopath is treating them! Also when the MRI place was giving me trouble about my insurance, they leapt into action. If I could give five star plus, I would!!!!
After 15+ years of searching for an answer to my health issues, I was finally diagnosed with hEDS at PRISM recently. Dr. Ayana McIntosh was VERY kind and understanding during our session, and she made sure that I left the appointment with tons of knowledge about the condition & countless resources.
