Nobody picks up the phone, calls you back, or responds to online requests for appointments. I have EDS and they are one of the only specialists in the area but I've tried for weeks to make an appointment and it's impossible to make an appointment. Quick update. After I posted this review their office emailed to say they couldn't help me. This is without having a Doctor's examination. I’ve been a patient at PRISM Spine & Joint for over a year, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Zingman and other doctors on her team. They are the most knowledgeable doctors who treat hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that I’ve met, and traveling from out of state to see them has definitely been worth it. They don’t answer their phone and it takes them over a week to call you back if they even return your voicemail. This is especially absurd because they charge you $700 for an appointment. But they won’t pay someone to answer their phone. Save yourself a headache and go with a doctor that actually wants your business and cares about patients.
This place has been a godsend to me after being pretty much gaslight by every doctor. Dr. McIntosh finally gave me a diagnosis and answers and solutions. Even better, now, their osteopath is treating them! Also when the MRI place was giving me trouble about my insurance, they leapt into action. If I could give five star plus, I would!!!!
