Decent appointment for diagnosis purposes and good doctor with skill and care. The front desk staff do their job; had some communication challenges. The building has parking across the street. It's a bit like steppung back into 2020 though and a bit uncomfortable. Almost everyone is wearing a mask and there are seriously loud air filters everywhere.

This is a first class facility. I met with Dr. McIntosh a couple weeks ago and was truly impressed with every aspect of this office. I highly recommend PRISM for anyone suffering from complex medical issues that may stem from being hypermobile. Thank you Dr. Zingman for all of the time and effort you have clearly dedicated to your office/team.

The providers here have stepped up to help people who often feel terribly invisible to the medical process a while. Just to Have a diagnosis is so validating, and to then have recommendations to help take care of symptoms I have dealt with my whole life- I don't have words for how important it is. That the office staff and my doctor are also some of the sweetest people ever- I just don't have words. Kind, supportive, welcoming, sympathetic...
