Part of our home caught fire last year, resulting in asbestos, soot and smoke damage. I'm glad Prism was contracted to help restore our salvageable speciality audio/visual and gaming equipment. Joseph and Jorge, who helped pack and deliver our items, were very knowledgeable, friendly, easygoing and careful. When there was a hiccup in organization, Prism helped managed it to resolution. Everyone's friendliness, communication and attention to detail made our ordeal much smoother.
Prism Specialties was awesome to work with!! Brandon and his team made the whole process easy and stress-free. They handled both our electronics and textile restoration with real care, and everything came back looking great. Brandon kept us in the loop, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared about getting it done right. If you need electronics or textile restoration, you’ll be in good hands with Prism.

Fantastic facility, outstanding team!
They came and picked up all appliances due to flood in home. They were used through my pack out company that I used. Everything went great when they took everything out of the house, everyone that showed up to move everything in and out where great, but now I’m having an issue because when my refrigerator came back it was not working, everything was dropped back off on 12/19/22 so when I called them they said not their problem and I would have to go through my insurance, once I talked to my insurance and they said that every... read more
