They have had our stuff for almost a month. They do not answer when called and were extremely unprofessional this entire experience.
As if dealing with a house fire and the loss associated with it isn't bad enough, Prism is now holding our remaining electronics hostage. Apparently their billing department can't deal with our insurances questions. We have been back in our house for over 6 weeks without washer, dryer, vacuums, iron, steamer, televisions, small appliances, etc... our insurance had to pay a ridiculous amount just so we could have oven and stove back to be able to eat. I would warn anyone to stay away from them.
Did a great job packing up our electronics after our fire, haven't done a great job at bring them back. We have been back in our house for almost 2 months, we have no electronics so no washers, dryers, vaccums, small appliances. Do not recommend at all.
Prison was recommended to me to clean my items that had gotten a bunch of soot and smoke smell on them from a fire in the house. The main guy that was helping seemed super knowledgeable and was really nice. They communicated about the progress often and I was surprised how quickly it all went. What truly impressed me was that they cleaned the inside of the electronics really well and my clothes came back without any of the smoke smell which I thought would never go away.
