Prison was recommended to me to clean my items that had gotten a bunch of soot and smoke smell on them from a fire in the house. The main guy that was helping seemed super knowledgeable and was really nice. They communicated about the progress often and I was surprised how quickly it all went. What truly impressed me was that they cleaned the inside of the electronics really well and my clothes came back without any of the smoke smell which I thought would never go away.
Very professional and the response time is very impressive. Always there when I need them. Their crews are professional and outstanding. Sam is my go to person!! Never disappoints! For sure the best in their industry!!

The folks at ERS did an extraordinary job of assisting me after my home burned. They were empathic and compassionate and on one occasion Sam and Brandon went out of their way to check some electronics that I had retrieved the night of the fire. Loved working with Dio who kept me posted on the status of my textiles. The person who delivered them was amazingly helpful.
