I had an amazing experience with Judy at this salon! She listened attentively to everything I was hoping to do and you can tell she truly cares about understanding the details of what clients prefer for their hairstyle. She helped explain what would work best for my hair type and I was beyond happy with the results. She is very detail oriented and gifted at what she does. I had the BEST experience at Prism today. We just moved here from CA and I was due for an appt, so booked a consultation with Megan, who is the sweetest person! She was very professional, and knowledgeable on the Redken line and attentive to my concerns with regard to my hair goals. A huge weight was lifted after my appointment, so much so that I needed to give her a huge hug!!! I had such a great time at Prism Salon today! Elissa made me feel super comfortable straight away, we bonded over books.My hair is thin due to cancer treatment- this was my first haircut in years and idk how but she made my hair look thicker than when I walked in. Magic!!!! Pure talent is more like it. Also, Elissa if you’re reading this- you gotta read Circe (it’s my favorite book!) can’t wait to come back once my hair grows out a bit more 😌
Prism is my Go-To, my new spot! Tori is truly the best! She did such an amazing job on my glaze/toner and trim — my hair looks and feels so healthy. She’s always so kind, professional, and really listens to what I want before getting started. I appreciate how much care she puts into her work and how comfortable she makes the experience. The whole team is super welcoming and consults before doing anything, which makes me feel confident every time I visit. The atmosphere is always so relaxing and inviting.
Highly recommend Judy! I went in for a toner and a blow-dry, and she absolutely nailed it. The color was perfectly refreshed and exactly what I wanted, and the blowout was stunning: sleek, bouncy, and full of life. She’s wonderful!
