Lovely staff and great, quality service! I brought in a pair of frames that needed a prescription - the turnaround time was quick and my glasses turned out perfect.
I had a great experience at Prism! The staff were wonderful, creating a friendly and comfortable environment. Nicole squeezed me in before the holiday and sent appointment/pick up communications. The appointment went smoothly and I received helpful information from Dr. Leland. Shannon and Nicole patiently helped me pick out frames and explained different lens options. What an awesome place with awesome staff and amazing frames. I usually can’t find any different or cool frames to choose from (especially reasonably priced) but this place has many to choose from. I had to narrow it down to 6 pairs I liked. After much help from the staff, helping me pick the one that looked best on me I chose a pair and because prices were so reasonable I may go back and get my second choice. They were quick to write up my order and get me on my way. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
