Looking to support small business/local. Love it! Nichole was so helpful with trying different frames. And I was able to get 2 pairs for less than the price I would pay for one at bigger chains. She also brought them to the Hazel Park location for me to pick up. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic price and fast/friendly service.
This was my first time at Prism Park. I came after a search online for “thinner lenses” lead me here. Nichole and Frankie understood the assignment and could not have been more welcoming to me! Lovely staff and great, quality service! I brought in a pair of frames that needed a prescription - the turnaround time was quick and my glasses turned out perfect.
I had a great experience at Prism! The staff were wonderful, creating a friendly and comfortable environment. Nicole squeezed me in before the holiday and sent appointment/pick up communications. The appointment went smoothly and I received helpful information from Dr. Leland. Shannon and Nicole patiently helped me pick out frames and explained different lens options.
