Had a great experience getting tested for and purchasing prescription glasses. Dr. Wong and her team were very communicative, professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. The office is very modern and clean, and there is a very wide selection of frames to choose from.
Dr Wong is a very nice and responsible optometrist. She explains things in detail with patient and care.
The shop is located in a large strip mall with plenty of parking spaces. A shop is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. I have a pair of Silhouette glasses that needed new lenses. I visited a few shops and none of them could replace the lenses. Prism Optometric was able to replace the lens and fill the prescription. Prism Optometric warranties their work. They have a full staff optometrist and sell some of the best glasses on the market.
Prism Optometric is top tier. You truly will get a full positive customer experience with Dr. Wong and her team. From start to finish the communication, response and level of care is unbeatable. They pride themselves on customer service. Thank you!
Best optometry appointment ever! Dr Wong was very professional and explained everything to me so well. They also look at your face shape and eyebrow shape to help you find the best glasses. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend to everyone!
