Maybe it is not the 21st century doctor's office but they're very efficient in drug tests and physicals required for City of Chicago limo license renewal. Dr. Shah is nice and professional. ----update: I heard this place is closed.
I've been there for drug and TB test on end of Nov,2015. All are very experienced and professional, Dr. Shah is intelligent and proactive strive to provide extra mile service for clients. Thanks Prism.
