Absolutely undue amount of sass from whoever answered the phone. They didn't understand how lead concentrations can be higher in hot water because the rate of dissolution is higher. Very uninformative about testing home water for older homes and rude on top of that. Highly don't recommend using this lab.
If you want quality, this is the place to go. You can rest assured that whatever you are testing for, pesticides to metals, that all the steps will be taken to give top notch results on every time.
