The veterinarians and support staff at Prism are wonderful in that they gladly and clearly answer and address all of our questions and concerns regarding our Abby's treatment. Everyone at Prism is a pleasure to work with. I have brought two of my pups to see Dr. Brown and she is so thorough and explains everything so clearly. My pups receive the best care not only conventionally, but also holistically which is very important to us.
The entire staff was so very warm and caring, from the Doctor, to the Vet Techs and assistants, to the Receptionist. They made sure our Elvis Dinozzo remained comfortable throughout his entire visit and even took his bloodwork while he was lying on the couch in the exam room to keep his anxiety level down! ❤️ I've never experienced such a level of caring before and I have dealt with many vets throughout my lifetime! Thank you for great care and unconditional attention with my two dogs. I highly recommend an Holistic integrative approach to animal health to anyone who wants and can provide the best care to their four leg family members . Having their favorite treats , the dehydrated liver, available to give them in the room really helped them settle down for their visit.
