I had a very frustrating experience at this internal medicine office. The building elevators were shut down for an extended period during the middle of the day, apparently for a lunch break. Patients had no way to access the office during that time, which created confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress. For a medical practice, accessibility and patient convenience should be a priority.
