I’m the owner of a wellbeing space and absolutely love using Prism Fitness products. Their hurdles are a staple in our sports development classes. The Smart Exercise Mat is another favorite, especially with the self-guided exercises that help clients start their health journey. The Smart Soft Plyo Cube is incredibly well made. I really appreciate the high-density foam, which makes it safe and reliable for all kinds of movements. My favorite piece of equipment of Prism Fitness is the Smart Straps Body Weight Trainer. Love that the exercises are printed on the straps and I can start at a beginner level and move up once I get stronger. I also like the mat and stability ball with the exercises printed on them to give you ideas.
