I am trying to get in contact with someone at this office for over 2 months. I have a prescription from them, I have been tried numerous times over the past few months to contact them. I have messaged in the portal and left voicemails and no one is responding to me. When you call no one answers. It just keeps ringing. This medical facility just stops responding to patients. Do better. Today also I called no response.

First time in. When I asked questions to better understand what the doctor was prescribing me, the doctor got offended and told me they can no longer be my doctor because I got too confused. They told me the five ounce $200 moisturizer was optional but then emailed me shortly afterwards that they cancelled me in their system because I "declined treatment."
