i live here a long ago，But It was great !
I had the best possible service from Frank, Tom and Wilson last night! My fridge broke and I had just bought groceries for friends that were visiting from Colorado. They immediately gave me a replacement and transferred all of my items into the new fridge. I am so thankful for this wonderful team at the Prism!!!
I would highly recommend to anyone to live in this complex. It is the epitome of luxury that we strive and desire while living in NYC.
