Very disappointing experience. I bought a hat here today and the brown-haired white female staff member was incredibly rude. I asked if she could get me a new one since the display hat was wrinkled. She kept insisting they were “all the same,” and when I politely insisted, she rolled her eyes at me and said “SURE” in an extremely annoyed tone.
