Priscilla’s patience is out of this world . Priscilla has been our realator for over 14 years. She worked with us tirelessly trying to find a house through the huge market swings. She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and gives straightforward advice about what needs to be done to get the best result. She and her team did a great job on the listing and on the purchase negotiations. The listing verbiage was excellent and garnered interest right away ~ we had 6 showing appointments before the listing was out of the "Coming Soon" status. She also did a great job keeping us in the loop and navigating us through the multiple offers we had.
Pricilla is a consummate professional with prompt communication and judicious negotiation. . We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Pricilla is punctual, deeply knowledgeable, fair and honest. What truly set her apart was that she showed empathy and genuine care toward our unique circumstances throughout the entire process. Pricilla provided guidance without any pressure. She is an exceptional real estate expert with heart.
