Didn’t address our primary concerns that we made appointments to have addressed. Didn’t provide any additional options or suggestions on how to further assist the issue. The nurse practitioner was inexperienced and lacked communication skills. Even had a moment of temper issues when we asked questions calmly. Would not recommend the facility as this is my 2nd time with 2 separate providers who aren’t capable of managing patient care.
These people are fake fraudulent and they don’t do as they say they delay the process of things that needs to be done. Day after Thanksgiving the office is closed. WHY????? I needed to talk yo her somebody in that office. Will probably be getting a new doctor because of this.
