Only giving 1 start due to this issue. Otherwise i have had no issues...I had been going here 6 years and set on meds for 5. I'm told they merged with another company but she's no where to be found. My first visit they denied my meds, want me on way lower than I am and to get back surgery. I'm not only on the meds because of my back. I have several debilitating pain factors. Not to even mention withdrawl factors that would happen. Anyone know if she's still practicing? If her PA Cristin is around? Please help if you can.

Horrible doctor. She will abandon you in your time of need after telling you a pack of lies and praying over you. She injected the wrong area on me! She’s all about herself and her money. Even her NP/PA’s are bad. RUN!!!
I have been going to this facility about two years now and the staff is really rude and I believe that it is not so much of the doctors is the two staff the young ladies that checked you in the receptionist they are so rude it don’t make no sense and they will cause her to lose her Practice because of them they overcharge your insurance.I have two insurance and I never gave them my primary insurance .and they charged my insurance my primary insurance and the insuranceI have set aside for my injury and the only was supposed t... read more
