Very unprofessional clinic, do not go here with this Doctor Ibarra for medical care. They will call you last minute and cancel your appointment.
I was looking forward to meeting the doctor because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, the front desk lady and supervisor 'Norma Hernandez' and practice manager 'Etna Vela' were unpleasant individuals. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish they had been kinder and more respectful. Gossiping in closed quarters, audible to everyone, is highly unprofessional. I highly recommend Dr. Ibarra and staff. Today was my second visit. Dr. Ibarra is very patient and professional, she takes the time to explain everything which is not common to see on doctors these days. Also, Paloma was very patient too. Thank you!
