I have many accounts with them and they always have technical issues and don't follow through on concerns. I was dealing with Nancy Meyer who is apparently their Director by only email. After 4 attempts to get a solution to why my online won't complete transfers she removes my money and no regarding to teaching out by phone or email after several emails and calls which Noone answers. I refered over 10 people over the years and what a disappointment.
There's never a line, you go straight to the teller no waiting
Can't get anyone to answer a phone!! I have left messages 2 weeks now and no response back. Disgusting.
