Paid them in full for two visits with 3 months guarantee, they never showed up for second application and we still have the pest issue. Complete FRAUD. Will take them to small claims court.

I wish I came here first before paying these guys what I did. They'll get 2 stars because first visit the review of issue I was having was fair enough. Tough crawl space to go through and also noises from attic with not alot of flooring made me nervous. Upon payment they offered a second visit in 2 months to take second review so I paid the extra, probably double what I would have if I just said no. Thats where they went into shady mode. The negative reports and reviews online are all true for they happened to me. Prior to my selecting Priority 1 Termite and Pest Control, the owner Paul enticed me to hire them, for he offered that his company was different than all others for they work until the customer's issue is resolved. That was not the case for us despite Paul giving me details and his word on contract fulfillment.
