Mandy was the greatest. She was patient and gentle when she could be. We've had priority out to our house for myself, my wife and my mother in law several times. Absolutely no problem or complaints.
The worst when it comes to home care. They are unorganized and unresponsive. When I first got out the hospital, the nurses and doctors told me Priority will call me the first day after I was discharged from the hospital. Two days after I was discharged I personally had to reach out to them and schedule visits. When I did they sounded as if they had no clue what I was saying. I would not recommend at all. With healthcare you want a company that cares about the patients well being and priority is not it! I’m only rating 1 star for the accommodation of mobile services but anything beyond that is 0 stars. There’s a huge lack of follow up and communication within this company. And this is very disheartening as this company is centered around healthcare and caring for someone’s well being. As an RN who has referred many patients to Priority Wound Care, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent, compassionate care. Shalonda and her team are the embodiment of what healthcare can and should look like- highly skilled and trained professionals with a heart of gold treating people with the care they need and deserve to help heal their body and spirit.
