Loyalty Toyota-Petersburg does the best body work in the RVA area.
I love my car but I've had two issues with the Loyalty dealerships. I have the lifetime loyalties plus an added warranty and I had to take my car to Loyalty Nissan, pay to get it checked out and never got the money back from what was left over after the deductible. I also had an inspection at the Petersburg location, left to get a tire put on so they could remove the rejection sticker and came back not even an hour later and both inspectors were gone. I don't even want to leave 1 star. The body shop managers and supervisors should be ashamed after what happened to me. No customer service skills at all. I've been a manager with a college degree for over 33 yrs and honestly yawl are at the top of the list for absolutely no clue what customer service even has a real definition what that means. I'll never recommend you and I will tell all media and internet platforms how horrible yawl are. You loss my boyfriend's business as well who had purchased 4 vehicles from you. Except ... read more
