I was assessed a penalty by the county assessor because Priority Title either did not file paperwork or filed it improperly. When I reached out to Bill Callanan I received some of the worst customer service of my life and could get no response outside of a condescending single sentence.
Most difficult title company to work with. Last minute requirements before closing, ridiculous underwriting hurdles. They make it difficult to purchase a policy. It’s amazing they get business.
