Absolutely loved this place the room was comfortable and felt homey they explained everything that was going to happen and when I picked up my machine they broke down step by step how to use it how to clean it definitely recommend using this place if you need to do a sleep test
I had a great experience completing my sleep study at the office. The entire process was extremely easy and convenient. I called on a Monday and even the phone conversation was short and snappy, I decided to let that go and not worry about it didn’t here from the office I came in Thursday where I was met with discomfort and when I started to talk to the heavy set women who sits to the left she frowned at my paperwork and looked me over that’s when a different receptionist stepped in and said I will take the paperwork and help her that’s when she said she talked to me Wednesday I said no I called in on Monday at this time I was told that my in... read more
I had such a positive experience here! The owner, Jesse, really went out of his way to help me get set up efficiently and quickly for a sleep study. The sleep aide (I forgot the actual title) was so kind and friendly, he made me feel heard and at peace. He was also very knowledgable and happily answered all my questions. Grateful I got to do my sleep study here and not some sketchy lab where the doctors don’t care about you! Thanks all! P.s. The bed is also so comfy - wish I could take it home! 😩
When the worst happens, my cpap machine breaking down and not being able to pull my data right when my dot needs to be renewed, Rebeca, Sandra and vivian where amazing !!! They went above and beyond helping me with the situation. And because of them I’m about to turn in my dot renewal to the dmv as I type this review !!! I highly recommend this office and their great staff .
