Melissa helped us get our roof through insurance and didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Done within 2-3 weeks. She helped and was helpful throughout the whole process. The crew also picked up and cleaned everything when job was completed. My roof is looking great thanks to Melissa and crew.
WARNING: Called me, spoke vaguely, claiming something about they will be at my residence to take a look at my roof, then quickly through out several times. Seemed like a scam, when I said I think they have the wrong number, they hung up on me. I called the number back to clarify who the company was, they said Priority Roofing, and asked, "Is your roof 5 years or older?" Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review. They came out to inspect our roof, we went ahead and decided to file a claim with our insurance company. They took photos and sent them to our insurance, then our insurance requested more photos. After they came out to take more photos, a few weeks went by and our insurance company said they never received the additional photos. Melissa Blackwell, contractor, was great to work with. Her explanation of every detail from beginning to end of roofing process was very helpful. She worked diligently with my insurance company and agent who performed roof inspection. Also, many thanks to workers who reshingled my roof. They were meticulous, worked non-stop, and thoughtful about clean up. I have a "beautiful" roof.
