He came by on a Sunday, identified hail damage, and walked me through every step—from the insurance process to choosing shingles and energy-efficient upgrades. I never felt pressured, just supported. Jackie Gilstrap went out of her way to make sure that the customer had all the information they needed to make their roofing decisions. She performed a thorough inspection and worked with the insurance company. She can be an advocate for you when making a major decision. I can recommend her highly.

Faith at Priority Roofing went above and beyond to get our roof replaced! Her customer service skills were excellent. She made site visits, educated us about roof repair, and saw us through the entire process. She also worked with us to add new gutters when they weren't part of the original plans. The roofers are very kind and work quickly! Everything was done on schedule! We highly recommend Priority Roofing!
