They did a real great job when doing our roof. They cleaned up after the job was done , left it as if they were never here. Did a real good job. They were real professional about getting the job done in a very timely manner. I recommend them to everyone.
The company demonstrated poor communication skills. After waiting about a week to hear from them, I reached out, only to be told that my insurance quote was too low and that they were going to contact my insurance provider to try and get more money. They said they would follow up with me, but that never happened. They gave no explanation of how far apart their estimate and the insurance quote were, nor did they offer the option for me to pay the difference. They just left me hanging. Had an issue with a Salesman in Arkansas. Called multiple times, left msgs. NOBODY would get back to me. When they first show up, they have a great gift of gab, but service and making you feel satisfied?? 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
