Cory and Shannon Nelson went above and beyond making our less stressful and a fabulous experience. They were straight forward with pricing and time frames. They showed up on time and did an excellent job at cleaning up. We didn’t find a single nail or screw in the yard or flower beds. They had excellent communication with us during the entire process.

Priority Roofing is unreliable. They botched my roof when I call them to come fix the work, they say there's nothing they can do about it because they hire subcontractors, they already move on to another job and they can't come back. I would not be surprised if all these good reviews they have on here are fake. Be aware of them!

We had Priority Roofing install our new roof after a severe hail storm. Our sales representative, Noah, was very honest and helpful. He helped us work with the insurance adjuster and through the entire process of the roof installation. We had some water damage inside the house, as well. The carpenter who came in to fix the damage was Cory who was one of the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest people we've ever had work inside our home. I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Austin and his team at Priority Roofing. From the very beginning, the he was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful in working with the insurance representative to make sure we received a proper and accurate estimate. His team showed up right on schedule, completed the roof and gutters in just two days, and did an excellent job with the cleanup afterward.
