I had the best experience with Priority Roofing and James Culverhouse. When other roofing companies gave up after my insurance company rejected their request for a replacement of my hail damaged roof, James refused to give up. Every time he got a no, he would escalate the request up to the next level. James has an “I’m not giving up” attitude and because of that I now have a beautiful new roof. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end of the project.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The roofing crew completely impressed me with how fast they worked and it was about 100 degrees outside. They also cleaned up so well afterward that you could barely tell they had been there.
