Our experience with Priority Real Estate Management and owner Roger Coles was extremely disappointing. Roger was consistently unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful in his interactions. The company shows a complete lack of urgency when it comes to emergencies — our air conditioning broke in the middle of July in Florida, and Roger ignored multiple calls and messages.
