One of your agents, Yara Hernandez, was very rude to me when I attended an open house at 1001 S. 27th Avenue in Hollywood. She did not want to answer any of my questions regarding the property and she was nasty towards me for even asking her the questions. She got angry ans started shouting at me in spanish, which I don't understand. As a result, I've withdrawn my interest in that property.
