The people there are nice , but to have a procedure done in February of 2024 and even ask for a payment up front and being told there was none, then get a 260 dollar bill in June of 2024 is ridiculous. I thought surprise billing was illegal? Anyway, decided to make payments on it which was a ridiculous fiasco. Every time I would call to pay, they would screw it up and my bank would text me that there was a problem. Finally had to go there to the facility and pay there.
