I always watched customers get upset with staff while waiting for services, however I had never experienced it myself until this morning. I have been getting priority oil changes on my care at this same location for NINE years. This morning, I was told for the very first time I don't qualify for my free oil change until 7k miles. Waited on phone 30 min no response it's a shame I was on lot watching then not answer phone I guess they don't answer after 5:00 pm but they say there hours are til 7:00 pm
I scheduled an oil change appointment for 12:15 on a Tuesday. 2 hours after my appointment, I asked for my keys back at 2:15PM because my Bronco was still sitting where I parked it at 12. There is nothing quick about this place.
I tried to give Priority a chance at redemption since they're my home dealership after previously having poor customer service. They FAILED & didn't give 1 hoot about my safety. I bought a $300 battery in October 2023 just a year after purchasing my vehicle. They told me it had a 3 yr warranty. It failed this morning. Priority even sent me a video diagnostic stating the battery was swollen & too dangerous to drive due to overheating. She recommended replacement. I have a 2007 Mustang that needed a State Safety Inspection.This review is Appreciation for Tiaunna their Service Advisor.The emergency brake cable was broken.So the vehicle failed Inspection.Tiaunna worked with Priority Ford to get the part ordered and maintenance started so everything could be done.Customer Service is doing more than what's expected.With the extra effort this was a pleasant experience.
