It should be a crime to run a business like this. Look at the reviews and do yourself a favor and avoid if at all possible. I have never had a good experience with this location and their attitude is horrifying.
There is little point to scheduling an appointment. They said it takes up to two hours for a tire rotation and oil change. Even with a 930 appointment, my vehicle was not taken back to be serviced for the first hour. After waiting for 90min I asked for them to just rotate the tires and I'll go somewhere else for an oil change. I drive a large vehicle due to our family size and we have no option but to wait. Quick and professional. Excellent experience
I always watched customers get upset with staff while waiting for services, however I had never experienced it myself until this morning. I have been getting priority oil changes on my care at this same location for NINE years. This morning, I was told for the very first time I don't qualify for my free oil change until 7k miles. Mind you - I have been getting them done between 3-5k miles for NINE years. Today I was told they cannot do that due to the manufactures warranty.
