I went for a oil change nothing was wrong with my vehicle I park in my driveway at my home after the oil change my driveway has greasy oil spot there's never been oil in my Driveway. That's very strange don't you think.

Trash, waited an hour to talk to someone since they didn’t answer the phone then got told they don’t set up appointments for state inspections and to come in the morning . Understandable to some extent but the rep was not hospitable at all.

My windshield was cracked when I came to pick up my 2014 Dodge Durango and was not cracked prior. Staff blamed it on the snow and cold weather, but the snow and cold weather didn't cause it to crack Monday night, Jan 6th. Assistant Service Manager, Lauren Cholewa, is refusing to take responsibility or do the right thing and reimburse me. UPDATE *Recently had my truck in for service at Quick Lane. My appointment time was honored, and it was done in the amount of time estimated. The only negative is their waiting area could be improved, not as nice as the one inside the dealership.

Have been coming here ever since I bought my car. Always easy to make an appointment, and they are super fast! They do a detailed inspection so I can identify problem areas early, and the oil changes are always free! The shop is clean and well organized, and a huge shout out to both Sharon and Martha, who work SO hard, and are always absolutely wonderful!
