Priority pumping came by today to clean out my septic tank and did a fantastic job. Justin, who was the service technician exhibited great customer service, positive attitude, and really seem to enjoy his work. The lady, Lauren, that answered the phone and started the transaction in the office was the face of the company which made priority pumping my preferred company to go with. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Perhaps a little more expensive than some others in the area, but I’d definitely use them again. My initial contact to set the appointment was great - I was able to solve a couple mysteries and get some important answers about my system. I had our tank pumped and inspected.
