Issac The technician was very professional the most important part is he explained what when and how he was there and what he was supposed to do the outcome I guess was positive, but with that being said, I give them five stars because of the attention that Isac gave to me as a homeowner to make sure I understood everything in the process That’s what the world is lacking now professionalism

The worst. Showed up a hour and a half late. Charged my card on file without my permission or calling me to tell me what they did. Charged $600 just to dig and give me a quote. Quote was $15k for a new septic or $6,500 for a "bandaid". Called Doug Hanson with SOS Excavation and he fixed it for $1,500...
