The reception staff is beyond frustrating. They don't schedule things properly. I asked to see a therapist and they gave me someone for medication. I checked multiple times that it was for therapy, and Muhammad assured me that he set up someone for therapy. The woman tried her best but she's not a therapist. Someone not trained for therapy shouldn't be trying to give therapy, although I appreciate her effort.
