I have been contracted by Texas Priority Process Service, Inc. (Linda J. Wigginton) 17 different times since September 2019. I have no complaints at all. Linda sends the paper, I send my invoice (since we our a prepaid company) and she pays it within the hour. I am thankful for her business and plan to continue are business relationship.
Very rude. Yes I took a subpoena from this company, after taking the subpoena and went to the bank to get a witness fee check. I felt so at ease. So I decided to look this company up and found they do not pay. But here is the good part, they harassment all week long. I didn’t return they call because they don’t return people calls who they owed from the looks of it. Then a guy from their office call and told me he needed to hear from me today. GOES BY TEXAS PRIORITY PROCESS SERVICE NOW! LINDA WIGGINTON IS A SHADY PERSON. WON'T ANSWER CALLS OR PAY HER BILLS. NOW THAT I KNOW THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE, I WILL GO AFTER HER IN A UNIQUE WAY. SHE OWES ME MONEY FOR MY SERVICES.
I accepted a subcontract from Priority (contact was Linda Wiggington, the nominal president of Priority) in January of 2020, to serve a subpoena in Harrison County. Since I submitted my invoice, they have ceased answering my calls and e-mails and no payment has been forthcoming. I would strongly recommend to anyone who may read this, DO NOT do business with them. They are deadbeats.
