Wonderful service, very thorough.
I had gone in for an urgent care appointment this afternoon and had the most incredible care from the reception, to the nurses and above all mr doctor Michael Bailey who went above and beyond providing the best care I’ve ever received in a healthcare setting, these guys are amazing and I’m pleased to say I will be returning without hesitation!

Took my 4 yr old son in with a terrible cough and trouble breathing, and was told to see our GP (on a Saturday!) I was then told to go home and come back for an appointment they then ran over an hour and 15 minutes late for and couldn't tell me how long we'd have to wait. A 4 yr old that can't breath or eat wasn't coping with those wait times, it felt like the staff put us away in an isolated room and forgot about him.
Consult was excellent but waiting time was just under two hours. To be expected though in this type of clinic so I wasn’t stressed.
