I had a very upsetting experience at the Wodonga Urgent Care Clinic that left me feeling belittled, anxious, and made to feel as though I had done something wrong simply by seeking medical care. The worst experience ever I had about medical. My son had fever not reduced , so I booked appointment at 7pm on that night. Arrived at 7pm but wait for almost 2 hour to get the doctor to see us. And nothing been done. doctor came and Talk for 5 minutes and they charged me 100$ for that wasted of time. They called urgent clinic but it isn’t. Never ever come back and not recommend
If you have the whole day to sit in a waiting room this is the place for you, if you want to be spoken to poorly by rude nurses.. this is the place for you. Waited 2 hours for a prescription and when asked staff if it was nearly done they just raised their voice at us and got told to go home and use e script. One of the worst medical centres you can go to, biggest waste of government funding I’ve ever seen.
