Had to attend for an insect bite. Pretty decent place. The nurse (indian) was very polite and helpful. Dr James was very friendly and thorough and so was the receptionist. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou for your service.
They will cancel your appointment if they do not deem your issue is urgent enough. I'll make another booking from the hospital ER then, I guess. What a joke.
Staff were extremely caring and responsive to my needs.
