Dr Bailey and staff were brilliant. I loved the no nonsense attitude and appreciate that i didn't have to spend day in ED. DR Bailey also got me in quickly for an urgent CT scan. Cannot recommend this service highly enough...
Extremely unhelpful service. Don't waste your time
They believe it is their duty to send people to GP. And they are here to do the urgent care.... Which is what i have no clue about. Because if there is some urgency we go to emergency at Albury Wodonga health not to primary care. Pathetic & rude staffs
Correct me if I’m wrong but is this not a walk in urgent care centre? Got turned away at 10am in the morning as they are fully booked. The whole point of these clinics are to prevent people filling up our hospitals, but left with no other option!
I see other people have had the same experience I've had with a Dr at this clinic. I was also belittled for taking my child there with an infection, given a lecture on how expensive it is to run the clinic and had to put up with him slamming things around and swearing infront of my child. The clinic itself is great, brilliant, so lucky to have that service here but the Dr really isn't fit to be dealing with people at all.
