What’s the point of a walk-in clinic if you can’t walk in and get seen. Terrible rude staff that seem like they don’t want to be there and just disregard what you are saying to them.
If I could give a negative rating I would! My husband went to see about a condition and was told that they could help him, but they were too many people waiting and they couldn't 'waste time ' on him. Your better off going and clogging up the hospital system, because this clinic is a waste of time and money!
When falling I hit the rear of my head. The service and friendliness was great. They made me feel relaxed. Great staff and thank you to everybody regards Judith Bramich
Really knowledgeable doctors and the triage nurse was so kind to my baby.
I've tried to seek help here on a few occasions as advised by my GP, and each time the experience has been poor. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Wouldn't recommend based on my visits. You may as well go to ED, which is exactly what these clinics are designed to help people avoid doing.
