Update: The manager called me and we discussed other options to make the situation right and I feel now that we're at a point where they made a mistake but did more than the minimum to make it right. Additionally the manager walked me through updates they're making to make sure this doesn't happen again Hired Priority to redo the piping under my kitchen sink and install a garbage disposal.
