We were thrilled with the service we recieved from Priority One Title. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. The closing was seamless. They even travelled to my side of town for the closing. Very convenient!
Do not use this Title Company. We terminated the contract during the Option Period, but this Title Company is refusing to return our Earnest Money. They keep saying the "check is in the mail," but it has been over a month, and nothing has arrived. Now they are saying they gave it to the Real Estate Company that represented the Seller, but they are suppose to give it to us. It is our money. Beware--they will not return your Earnest Money.
