Literally terrible. We worked with Kandice, and at first we applied for a home to rent which clearly stated on the website that pets were allowed. Then after we got approved she proceeded to tell us that dogs actually were not allowed, after spending $300 on non-refundable applications. Then she tells us she can transfer our applications to another home that was pet friendly since it was a mistake on their end. Absolutely HORRIBLE. If I could I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT use these unprofessional people. Have tried contacting Kim and Kandice (Kandice has not responded to ANY messages since august of 2024 and that’s when I first had to contact them). No response even via text. Trash company.
Working with priority one was beyond horrible Kandice Pruitt will NEVER answer you and doesn’t have the professionalism to call you back , she will ONLY and MAYBE text you back one day , renters/sellers beware . Read other reviews !!!!

Move in in about a week, and haven’t heard nothing yet. Already sent money and still no response. UPDATE: Very satisfied after all the confusion was over with. Ms. Kandice called me within minutes of my voicemail and text message . Very sweet and very helpful!
