I bank with a shared branch in Louisiana and had a small issue that was patiently resolved with Carina and another black woman I forgot her name (Amber?). They have a high withdrawal limit $2000! I was able get my rent money in full so I’ll be banking here from now on. Everyone was kind and it was a very pleasant experience.
If this is your sister Bank go somewhere else because they treat you like if you don't belong there anyway and even though you've been there one day from the next they will take pictures of your ID several times you asked them for change or tell them I would like 20s or tens they say they don't have enough isn't this a bank I just used the ATM now I don't go here anymore. And all these five stars are just people who either work there or fake accounts
I had a package sent out from here 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be at my house on the 25th of October and has been saying moving though transit for 2 weeks now don’t send anything out from here they don’t even answer the phone when I callled every single day
