If I could give ZERO stars I would. The hospital said my insurance would cover the expenses, my insurance said that they are in network and gave me a ZERO balance and the ambulance company still is trying to bill for over $5k. They waited almost half a year to bill and submit to insurance, then turned over to collections in 30 days after their submission to insurance. Priority Medical Transport was dispatched to Transport my Mother home for hospice care from the hospital in North Platte Nebraska. 1st off ,the 2 ladies that showed up at the hospital to Transport were not friendly. Then, then we get to my mother's apartment where she will later pass. We get into the apartment and find out that they don't have the equipment to get her into bed in her bedroom. One of their trucks was literally driving down the interstate without lights on at night. Now this idiot is writing in the left lane with his bright lights on. My teenager drives better than this guy. I would never want these people to transport me anywhere, even if my life depended on it.
