On 9-19-2020 your company transported my 30 year old son from Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. I feel it's important the management of your company are made aware of the kind of incompetence that we experienced with the two individuals who arrived at the hospital to perform the transfer from Priority Medical Transport.
