I had knee surgery of August 2010. I was sent a rental unit from Priority Medical for ice therapy. I returned the unit as instructed. I started to receive multiple threatening phone calls on a daily basis from Priority Medical to pay them $384, they claimed I received a check from my insurance company for this amount. I told Priority Medical that I didn't receive the check. Priority Medical then hired lawyers who got a judgment against me, put a lien on my house, and garnished my wages for over $2300.00.
