Unprofessional, inconsiderate medical staff [Dr], sit in the room for an hour while medical staff made jokes. Just pathetic
Black front desk staff are rude. They have so much attitude. This is a really unprofessional environment. Even the doctor there, he is lousy & unprofessional. Bad business. I will not return & I will NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE
I just so happened to hurt myself at work and had to go to concentra! Never did I think such a painful experience could turn out so well. The staff went above and beyond to help me get threw the process. The front desk team was on there business something serious!!!! they made me feel like they were really on my side with the heart felt compassion for my situation.. The facility itself seemed nice and clean. The expertise is non-existent. Professionalism is also lacking. The facility does drug screening and urgent care. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen and they made a mess out of that so definitely DON'T go there if you need real medical assistance.
This location is the best in Tucson. The office is clean and professional in appearance. I was more than pleased with the great customer service and professionalism I received at the Broadway & Kolb location. My wait time was short and thorough. The front desk staff and radiology technician that worked on 11/25/2017 were fantastic. The service that I needed was completed quickly and priced affordably. I went in for a simple hair follicle test an ended up being greeted by rude staff with no patience to answer questions. I left as I found the care unsuitable for the needs I needed. Later that day I found out the test was shown as a fail from my employer. I went back very upset as their was a false test. When I got back an told the situation can not be changed. the rest had the same attitude. No one cares about the customer it's about their ego as a male nurse. These people stink! My toe hurt I went to find out what was wrong. Dr looked at my foot and no X-rays or anything told me what I already knew the few things that could be wrong. Drew blood for a test. Two weeks later nobody had called with results. I called to get them only to be told dr will call you tomorrow. Both times it was close to closing of business. She hung up the phone not a sorry not a goodbye have a good evening just slam! I will never ever go there for anything!
I was received and treated with a lot of courtesy and good professionalism. Hospitality was extended which made me feel at the right place although I was in pain.
The staff were professional and curtious. And the wait time was not too long. Also the staff that I encountered to take my preemployment drug screening was up beat and cheerful. Two thumbs up
