I had called on Monday 8/4/21 and spoke to Jenn, asking her if DOT physicals and agility tests could both be done on a walk-in basis, and was assured that they both could be done. I arrived at the W Bijou location just before they opened the next day and was asked what I was seeing them for. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening for Halliburton and got fake results on my examination. I am not sure who allows this illegal type of activity to happen. The lady's there seemed very cool and nonchalant, but a guy contacted me with fake results and completely ruined my reputation with this corporation. I had passed everything and almost had a good job until these fake results took it away from me. Our company has had a long-standing relationship with the provider's that were there prior to the changeover, and the new offerings Concentra brings has elevated things and is meeting our needs in many more ways. Went there today for DOT physical for work after having a surgery. Doctor Rob and his staff were professional and very understanding of what I needed and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend them for your medical needs. David.
was trying to get approval to go here to get first dosing for gilenya medication. They are all about the money. Even after my insurance (who doesn't have the monitoring facilities) agreed to approve me going there, they still aren't sure. It's all about the money. Their refusal will cause a patient with multiple sclerosis to have to drive 3+ hours to have dosing done. This is a bad reflection on our city. I just want to thank the staff at concentra on freedom drive Most of all I want to thank my doctor Dr.Reza he is such a careing, concerned special individual I went in with a toe fracture and he was more concerns about my blood pressure he made me realize that I need to get it together he inspired me to exercise and eat right he got on me every time I came in the office about it and out of my 44yrs of life NOT one doctor cared as much so with that being said THANK YOU Dr.Reza for everything
If I had the option to go anywhere else, I would! You make an appointment, if you're not here on time, they cancel on you, but they make you wait hours after your appointment time to see anyone. My husband literally had to wait 2 hours past his scheduled appointment time before he was called back. I'm sitting in the waiting room as we speak having showed up early for my appointment and I've been here 45 minutes so far. Still waiting. If they cant handle their work load, either buff up workers or dont make the appointments. I... read more
