I’m updating this review to show that taking the time to listen to your customers and showing empathy towards the situation can go a long way! I had a terrible experience a couple times due to errors that weren’t on my end. However, after venting my frustrations here, Breanna reached out and was amazing in making sure my concerns were heard. Some people just want to exist at their job without caring if they do a good job or not. That wasn’t the case with Breanna. She was just great!

This company is ridiculous! Not only do you have to track down your own invoices because they can’t just include it with your notification, but god forbid you give them new business by adding more offices. WHEN they fail to add it to your portal so you can dig for the invoices to pay them, you will have no way to pull it. Then when your invoices are past due because you never received a copy or notification and you reach out to make sure you pay them, they will tell you there’s no way for them to waive the $500 in late fees ... read more

The company has overcharged on services and signed the company that I work for, up for services that we do not use. Hold times are long and services are horrible. Reps that I have dealt with are not very knowledgeable and short mannered.
